Leadership problems can derail any organization, a country is a large organization. When the leadership is lacking vision of the future, careless behaviors, showy and selfish, that opens the doors for endless forms of corruption. The results are stolen economy, derailed law and order situation, lost and depressed people, damaged education system, lack of control on the future and huge money and brain drain from the country for the last 30 years. This situation is giving full chances to the looters, grabbers, blackmailers, money launders, smugglers and incapable corrupt syndicates to rise and influence the majority of the population of the country through different means.
